恒拓吸收素：是陶瓷微孔顆粒，具有無味、不燃、吸液及吸味性能強(qiáng)、可重復(fù)使用，不產(chǎn)生二次污染的環(huán)保型產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品因其對(duì)環(huán)境無害，使用方便，在歐美被廣泛用于化學(xué)液體的泄漏清除、油污清除等。 “吸收素”是高溫?zé)频亩嗫滋沾深w粒，內(nèi)部呈多微孔狀結(jié)構(gòu)，具有如下特性：親水性、親油性、吸液率大、吸液速率快、油水選擇性好、易于運(yùn)輸和儲(chǔ)存。特別是經(jīng)過脫附處理，重復(fù)使用。相對(duì)于吸附布、吸附氈、吸附粉等其它材料的產(chǎn)品，該新型吸液顆粒吸附量大、保油性好、吸附效快，減少處理時(shí)間，可減少80%的油類清理過程中的消耗。對(duì)柴油、汽油、機(jī)油、二號(hào)浮選油、甲苯、二甲苯、煤油、硝苯、甲醛、甲醇、乙醇，鹽酸硫酸等泄漏污染物具有極強(qiáng)的吸附能力，能吸附相當(dāng)于其重量2倍的污染物液體（每公斤吸收素可吸附約1-2公斤的油類及化學(xué)液體），為油類泄漏和化學(xué)品污染應(yīng)急處理提供了一種快速、環(huán)保的清理方案。 “吸收素”應(yīng)用范圍：主要用于控制和清理溢油和化學(xué)品泄漏，清毒區(qū)、船上或港口急救等用途。如港口碼頭、海岸防衛(wèi)、石油公司、油/化學(xué)品倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)公司、煉油廠、油庫(kù)、化工廠、防泄漏承包商、防火部門、環(huán)境清理公司、急救中心。其它服務(wù)業(yè)：航運(yùn)船舶、軍事機(jī)構(gòu)、市政水處理廠、道路交通、機(jī)場(chǎng)和航線服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)、汽車修理廠等場(chǎng)合的漏油及化學(xué)品泄漏、噴濺和溢出事故。
“吸收素”的后處理：吸收素吸附了溢油污染物后，仍呈固體狀態(tài)，便于清理收集，便于裝袋運(yùn)離現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。如果是易燃的油類被吸收素吸附后，可按其不同油類的性質(zhì)回收處理。有專業(yè)工廠進(jìn)行吸收素脫附處理，脫附后的吸附物可再次利用，吸收素經(jīng)過干燥也可重復(fù)使用，重復(fù)利用是吸收素最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
對(duì)于回收價(jià)值不高的不清潔油類，在確保對(duì)環(huán)境不產(chǎn)生污染后，也可將其與燃料煤按一定比列混合后當(dāng)作鍋爐燃料使用。對(duì)于吸附了有毒、易爆、易揮發(fā)的化學(xué)品的吸液顆粒，應(yīng)按照《中華人民共和國(guó)固體廢物污染環(huán)境法》的規(guī)定處理，或打包裝袋及時(shí)送回原生產(chǎn)廠及有關(guān)單位按規(guī)定處理。

Heng Tuo Absorbent is an environmentally friendly ceramic microporous granule produced by Shenyang Heng Tuo Company, mainly used for the removal of chemical liquid
leaks and oil stains. The product is odorless, non-flammable, has strong liquid and odor absorption capabilities, is reusable, and does not produce secondary pollution.

包裝方式：采用內(nèi)襯塑料薄膜，外加塑料編織袋進(jìn)行包裝，每袋凈重(20±0.5)kg。

使用方法：本產(chǎn)品屬完全物理性滲透吸附，使用時(shí)只需將本產(chǎn)品覆遮在油污上，靜 候數(shù)秒，給予少許反應(yīng)時(shí)間，再輕掃數(shù)下即可掃除或以吸塵以吸塵機(jī)收回：收回后之粒子甚 至用面巾紙搓揉也無油污沾染于紙上，完全吸收于粒子內(nèi)部。其終端處理更是方便，直接掩 埋或焚化后即成原土掩埋，由于吸附力甚大掩埋后絕不會(huì)滲出污染土地，時(shí)間長(zhǎng)后吸附之油 污將會(huì)被細(xì)菌分解，回歸自然。
Usage Method: This product utilizes a purely physical permeation and adsorption process. To use,
simply cover the oil stain with the product, wait for a few seconds to allow a slight reaction, then gently sweep it to remove or use a vacuum cleaner to collect it. After collection, the granules can be crumpled with a tissue paper without any oil stain adhering to the paper, indicating complete absorption within the granules. The final disposal is also convenient; direct burial or incineration followed by burial in the original soil. Due to its strong adsorption capacity, there will be no
seepage to contaminate the land after burial. Over time, the absorbed oil will be decomposed by bacteria and returned to nature.

Applications: This product is widely used in Europe, America, and Japan for the control and
removal of oil pollution in refineries, oil pressing plants, mechanical repair workshops, storage
and transportation facilities, highways, stations, docks, riverbanks, food, pharmaceutical, gas
